Wormadam

By evolving, Burmy's cloak became part of its body.  Depending on where it has evolved, Wormadam will take on a form matching its environment.  Apparently, Wormadam's cloak is thicker depending on how cold it was when it evolved from Burmy.
Wormadam has 3 forms, each with their own secondary type.  The first one is the Plant Cloak Wormadam.  Evolve Burmy at a place with wild Pokemon grass and it'll become a Plant Cloak Wormadam when it evolves at level 20 if it's a female.  The Plant Cloak is a Bug-and-Grass-Type.  It's not too bad, but I prefer the Sandy Cloak.  The Sandy Cloak Wormadam can be obtained when you evolve a female Burmy in a cave or desert of some sort.  This is a Bug-and-Ground-Type.  It sorta looks like a piece of pizza.  The final form of Wormadam is the Trash Cloak.  If you evolve a female Burmy inside of a building of some sort, you get Trash Cloak Wormadam, which is a Bug-and-Steel-Type.  Not too bad of a Pokemon, and it can be a little handy.
Low HP, Attack, and Speed stats make Wormadam Plant Cloak a little vulnerable.  You have okay Sp. Attack and Defense stats, and your highest stat is your Sp. Defense stat.  Wormadam Sandy Cloak still has low HP and Speed stats, but this time, he has low Sp. Attack, too.  Wormadam Sandy Cloak has good Physical moves, so this isn't too bad of a flaw.  Sandy Cloak Wormadam has okay Sp. Defense and Attack stats, and its highest stat is its Defense stat.  Trash Cloak Wormadam is also lacking in HP and Speed.  He has okay Attack and Sp. Attack stats, and its two highest stats are its Defense and Sp. Defense stats, which isn't too bad, but all Wormadam still have poor stats as it is.
Wormadam Plant Cloak has good moves like Leaf Storm, Bug Bite, Psychic, and Hidden Power.  It has a limited movepool like all the other Wormadam forms do.  Sandy Cloak Wormadam needs Physical moves to match its low Sp. Attack stat.  Earthquake, Bulldoze, Bug Bite, Dig, and even Fissure are included.  Fissure is a One-Hit KO Move, so treat it with care.  Trash Cloak Wormadam can have things like Flash Cannon, Bug Bite, Iron Head, Hidden Power, and Gyro Ball as examples of great moves.  Again, all Wormadam forms have pretty limited movepools.
Wormadam's ability is Anticipation.  This counts for all 3 forms.  It'll sense any dangerous moves that the opponent may have.  Not really the most useful ability, but with a Pokemon that has low stats like Wormadam, you'll need all the help you can get, so this ability isn't so bad.
All Wormadam forms have great designs, but low stats and shallow movepools.  However, it isn't the worst Pokemon.

  2. Well, you have to obtain it by evolving a female Burmy in a building of some sort. It may just represent how cities are full of pollution and stuff.
