Glaceon can control its body heat, freezing the atmosphere around it to make a diamond-dust flurry. To protect itself , it uses a tactic of freezing its fur to make its hair stand up like needles.
Glaceon is the Ice-Type Eeveelution. Glaceon has crippled HP, Attack, and Speed stats. A low Speed stat doesn't make Glaceon the best Pokemon one can work with, but it has some up sides, and I've always liked graceful Glaceon. Glaceon has balanced out Sp. Defense stats, so it's good if you want to fair against some Super-Effective attacks. However, he's geared more toward Defense and Sp. Attack stats. This Eeveelution has plenty of Special attacks to go around. High Defense is good, because Glaceon is weak to Fighting-Type moves, and it's pretty obvious more Fighting-Type attacks are Physical than they are Special.
Glaceon can use the substantial technique in which you use Hail and then follow it with Blizzard. The move Blizzard has a fairly low accuracy. It has 100% accuracy in the Hail weather condition. So if you use Hail, Blizzard will have a 100% accuracy, and note that it does have a pretty high base power of 120. You can use Mirror Coat. If a Special Attack is used against you, you can use Mirror Coat to send it back to your opponent, dealing about twice the damage as you took yourself. Mirror Coat is always useful. You could give it Hyper Beam to get past those really harsh battles. The point is, Glaceon has several amazing Special attacks to choose from that will go with that high Sp. Attack stat.
Glaceon's ability is Snow Cloak. If you are in the Hail weather condition, your evasion goes up. Evasion is how likely your Pokemon is to avoid an opponent's attack. Faster Pokemon have higher evasion than slower ones. So if you give Glaceon Hail, its evasion will go up. Considering Glaceon is a slow Pokemon, it's a good ability for him.
So Glaceon isn't at all the best Pokemon of them all. But, if anyone wants to use Glaceon because they like it, they think that it's useful, than be my guest. Glaceon's an okay Pokemon. At least it's not Magikarp...
